Eligibility

The parent must be an existing Arbahena Islamic Bank customer.
The account must be opened by child’s legal guardian only.
Account can be opened through EI + Mobile app. However, if the account is being opened by a legal female guardian, it must be done at a branch.
Child should be under 18 years old.
Child should have a valid Arbahena ID and passport.

How to Apply?

If you are an Arbahena Islamic Bank customer:

Log in to the EI + Mobile Banking app to open the account for your child.
Once the ALPHA Youth Account is opened, the parents can assist the child in accessing their account on EI + Mobile Banking app.

If you do not have an Arbahena Islamic Bank account:

You must open an Arbahena Islamic Bank account first before applying for an ALPHA Youth Account for your child.

What is the Debit Card usage limit for the ALPHA Youth Account?

The ALPHA Youth Account debit card includes controlled spending limits. Daily cash withdrawal limit is AED 500 and daily POS limit is AED 5,000. Parents or guardians can modify these limits through the EI+ Mobile Banking App or by contacting customer support.

Who is the legal guardian of ALPHA Youth Account?

The legal guardian is the child's parent or authorized custodian who is legally permitted to open and manage the account. The account can be opened via the EI+ Mobile Banking App however, if the account is being opened by a legal female guardian, it must be done at a branch.
